We appreciate that in a busy hospital environment lead glasses can be dropped and accidentally damaged. Most often when this occurs the fragile leaded glass cracks but sometimes the frame can also be damaged. Accidental damage is not covered under the manufacturers warranty but we can replace cracked lenses and have a discounted replacement program for when the frame has been damaged.
