Uniqa Medical Pty Ltd (ABN 39 637 186 031) (“Uniqa Medical”, “we”, “us” or “our”) supplies personal radiation protection apparel, lead gowns, radiation shields, interventional access products and related equipment to public and private hospitals, and to individual physicians and clinicians, across Australia. We are committed to protecting the privacy of the individuals we deal with, including customers, prospective customers, hospital staff, physicians, clinicians, suppliers and website visitors.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information, and how you can access or correct your information or make a complaint. It is designed to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

By using our website, our AI-powered body measuring / sizer app, or otherwise providing personal information to us, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of that information as described in this Policy.

1. What personal information we collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

• Contact and identification details: name, job title, employer/hospital or clinic name, postal address, email address and phone number.
• Enquiry and order information: details you provide through our website enquiry forms, by phone or email, or when you place an order — including the products you are interested in, quantities, delivery addresses and payment/billing details.
• Body measurement data: if you use our AI-powered x-ray apron sizer app, we (or our processing partner) collect body measurements captured through a one-time body scan, together with any device or account information needed to generate and store your sizing profile. • Website and technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and similar data collected automatically through cookies, Google Tag Manager, analytics tools and similar technologies.

• Supplier and business contact information: where you deal with us as a supplier, distributor partner or service provider.

We generally do not seek to collect sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act, which includes health information) beyond the body measurement data described above, which we treat as sensitive information and handle with an appropriate additional level of care and consent.

We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for purposes including to:

• respond to enquiries and provide quotes, product information and customer support;

We retain sizer measurement data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil your order and provide any related re-order or warranty service, or as you separately agree. 7. Data quality and security

We take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information we collect, use and disclose is accurate, complete and up to date, and to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These steps include access controls, secure storage of physical and electronic records, and the use of reputable third-party service providers.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will comply with our obligations under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, including notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) where required.
